Singer and multi-instrumentalist Jimi Tenor releases his new album Is There Love In Outer Space? on Timmion Records, full of cosmic soul ballads and funky psychedelia. Produced together with Cold Diamond & Mink, the album shines a fresh angle to this legendary Finnish auteur known for his work with drummer Tony Allen and releases on labels like Warp and Kindred Spirits. One of the stand-out-tracks, “Orbiting Telesto" launches us to the outer rings of Saturn with a healthy helping of vintage sci-fi movie soundtrack and library music themes. Throughout the album Jimi's seasoned artistry shines through, showcasing his ability to blend celestial sounds with gritty moondust funk.
