On March 1 2025, Kim Deal hosted a once-in-a-lifetime sold-out performance at London’s historic Barbican, playing her acclaimed debut solo album Nobody Loves You More front-to-back for the first time, followed by special orchestrated renditions of songs from The Breeders’ catalog and earlier solo work. The evening, culminating with a heartfelt standing ovation, was documented in full, released now as Live at the Barbican — a new live record mixed at Studio Black Box and mastered by Heba Kadry, out November 13. The recording finds Deal backed by a 25-piece ensemble including a band composed of Mando Lopez (The Breeders), Susan Voelz (Poi Dog Pondering), Lindsay Glover, Nick White (Phoebe Bridgers), Rob Bochnik (The Frames); special guest Raymond McGinley (Teenage Fanclub); and a dedicated orchestra with Shards choir. Released on limited edition Magenta Vinyl and CD, the live album is also accompanied by a live performance film.
