Recorded during Zevon's second comeback in the years 1991-1995, Learning to Flinch (Live) features live versions of hits like ''Excitable Boy'' and ''Werewolves of London,'' with a more stripped-down sound. While Zevon wasn't known for extensive touring, this live album stands out as a rare recording of his stage presence and humor. This is the first worldwide stand-alone release on vinyl and is mastered directly from stereo analog tapes by Bernie Grundman.
